Class Descriptions
The umbrella term used for all types of yoga, hatha yoga classes incorporate physical postures,
breath work, philosophy and relaxation. The postures are held for a number of breaths allowing you
time to find balance in the body, mind and breath.
Seated meditation, mudra, mantra, pranayama (breath work) and a guided relaxation are included in
this monthly class. A taste of all things yoga beyond the poses.
Slow flow classes incorporate all factors of a general hatha class with some fluidity between poses
moving slowly and mindfully with the breath.
A practice for deep rest and restoration for body and mind. This monthly class uses many props to
support the body to hold the poses for several minutes allowing a rest for the nervous system.
Classes are suitable for any BODY but please do book ahead and complete a health questionnaire
before your first session.
This class includes all the factors of a hatha class with the postures done seated in a chair.
